Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns must be requested within 5 days of purchase.

A product may be returned only if it has a factory defect. If a customer would like to return the product, please contact us by email.
The following conditions must be fully met for item return:

  1. The customer must present the order number and proof of payment in the form of an SMS or bank statement from the bank.
  2. The item must be in unused condition. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

Once the customer’s return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify them that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of purchase.

A product may be exchanged only if it has a factory defect. If a customer would like to exchange the product, please contact us by email.

  2. The item must be in unused condition. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

Once the customer’s exchange is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify them that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.

An item can be exchanged for a similar item of the same value. If the item to be exchanged is not in stock, an exchange can be made for any item of the same or higher value by adding the difference in price.
